Your HS space is an easy and effective way to manage your health and safety. It ensures that all employees can undergo an on-line health and safety induction and have ongoing access to your health and safety policy, arrangements and risk assessments.

Health and Safety Records

Employees can report accidents or raise concerns through the site. They can also do DSE assessments or home working risk assessments if you operate home or hybrid working.

The reminder calendar helps you monitor any actions needed such as, the expiry dates of training or maintenance and the review your health and safety arrangements. Notifications ensure employees are reminded about different areas of health and safety on a regular basis.

Health and Safety Space can be a standalone service, or if you already have HR, H&S will be presented on a separate menu on Your HR Portal –

so your employees only need to go to one place for everything HR and H&S.
